Registration

Prices

Adult - $20.00

Student (ages 13-21) - $16.00

Child (ages 5-12) - $10.00

Children under 4 are free

Routes

The event site is Duniway Middle School, entrance located at 575 NW Michelbook Ln, McMinnville, Oregon.

There will be three routes:

• 5K (3.1 miles) through McMinnville neighborhoods
• 10K (6.2 miles) reaching the northwestern city limits
• 27 mile bike ride in the Yamhill Valley foothills.

The 5k and 10k will be professionally timed.

Training

If you are looking to perform your best this fall, check out Jeff Galloway's Training for Beginning Runners, About Aerobics' Fitness Walking Workout Program, and Expert Village's Training for Cycling Competitions.

Consult your physician before beginning any exercise routine.

For the dollar amount you raise, you may pick one of the prizes under that category, subject to availability. Reward cannot be split into multiple, smaller rewards.

Vendor Information

We have a lot of undercover space available, which should make the location very inviting, regardless of the weather.

Teams

Bring your friends along for the Run Walk Ride!

Teams compete to raise the most money for Mac Habitat. Sue Buel Elementary currently possesses the traveling trophy for schools, and McMinnville Cooperative Ministries is housing the business / organization trophy. There is also a friends / family division.

To get started, turn in a team roster (like this one) to the Mac Habitat office and have all applicants are registered and paid for by Sept. 25th. Team members can also join during pre-registration. To count towards the team score, all fundraised money must be in by Oct. 21st.
